Each week focuses on a specific joint, muscle group or body position with the focus on improving function. We work on a variety of techniques to improve your flexibility and increase your range of motion.
Each session starts with a breakdown of the anatomy involved in the session and education will be a key feature as we progress each week. We end with a Q&A for any questions about movement, anatomy or injury.
It’s a physical class with an emphasis on getting stronger in the right places and giving you more awareness and control.
This class if anybody who wants to take control of their body and gain a better understanding of how they move. It’s for anyone who wants to improve their range of motion and increase their level of flexibility. It’s for anyone who takes part in regular sport or training and wants to bullet proof their body against injury. It’s for anyone who wants to build a strong, mobile and robust body that can do more of the things you need it to.
This class is suitable for all levels and abilities but is considered a strength based, physically challenging class.
Each week is an opportunity for you to get better at your body.

Location: Currently delivered via Zoom.
Cost: £7 per class.
How to book: Click the link below and pay via PayPal. You’ll receive a link for the class on the Friday before. If you can’t make it just let me know, everyone who books will get a recording of the class whether they attend or not.
